Refusing unnecessary packaging cuts waste at the source. Consider bringing your lunch in reusable containers and say no to plastic cutlery and straws.

Plant native wildflowers to build a sanctuary for pollinators. Native species enrich the soil, require less water and keep invasive plants at bay. Create "target clusters" of native plants that bloom from spring to fall. Leave dead branches or patches of bare ground to provide nesting sites for local bees.

Look for ways to engage in nature positive activities with other team members at your location. Sign up to help with road-side clean ups, planting trees or join your local TERRA chapter if you’re not already a member.
